Virtual Indaba Experience Components:
- A one-day, in-service opportunity for students and professionals. Delegates will gather on their respective campuses joining us virtually as a collective for this global convening.
- Delegates will participate in a culturally centered EXPERIENCE, highlighting the culture, spirit, history, and rituals from the communities we serve.
- A signature “Mantle of the Nations Town Hall” with dynamic speakers who are critical voices and thought leaders in our community.
- Leadership Workshops/break-out sessions designed to equip students and professionals, centered in core leadership skills and competencies.
- An Advisors Institute—to meet specific needs of professionals serving on college campuses to support students of color.
- Our signature Leadership Experience in Real Time (LEIRT) group process allows campus leaders to put theory into practice. LEIRT is designed to help students demonstrate and practice their leadership skills with support from advisors allowing space for collaboration and coalition building.
